Our regimented team will work with you to identify your goals and tailor a Team Building program to meet your needs. Your teams will compete on a 1/3-mile indoor road course track. They will work together in pit-crews. They'll be working at the edge to conquer doubts... to challenge personal limits... to learn that teams can do more than any individual. They'll have more fun than anyone could ever imagine - building solidarity found only in team sports. They'll remember the experience for years to come!!
LE MANS RACE
"Le Mans" takes team building to the next level!! A "qualifying" session on the 1/3-mile road course determines team placement. Teams drive one kart throughout the endurance race, in 10-minute stretches. Pit stops include a driver change - with each team member driving at least 2-10-minutes stretches for their team during the endurance race. The team completing the most laps determines the winner. A true test of strategy and teamwork!
THE "I" TO "TEAM" CHALLENGE
Taking the Individual and combining them into Team Concept of Racing! Three heats on the track: 8min-qualifying, 8min- Individual Main, & 20min-Two man Team Race. Individual main determines race position for final 20min-Team Race. One pit stop after 10min to change drivers. Taking one person and transforming them into a team concept!
